These Terms of Sale (ToS-Sales) govern the conditions of purchase of subscriptions and paid services offered on the Screener.trading platform.
Screener.trading offers three plans: Position trading (free), Swing trading (€12.99/month) and Day trading (€24.99/month). Paid subscriptions are monthly only. Prices are listed in euros including VAT and may change at any time; the applicable prices are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Price changes do not apply to ongoing subscriptions.
Payment is made by credit/debit card through Stripe, a secure PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. The subscription is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Subscriptions are taken out for a monthly term and renew automatically each month unless the user cancels before the renewal date.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their profile area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refund is issued for the remaining period.
Screener.trading does not provide investment advice. The analytical tools offered are to be used for informational purposes only. The platform cannot be held liable for investment decisions made by the user.
